India
Dubai is 1.5 hours behind India Standard Time, so almost the whole working day overlaps.
UK and Europe
Dubai is 3–4 hours ahead of London, so UK mornings and early afternoons overlap with the Dubai working day.
US East Coast
Dubai is 8–9 hours ahead, so there is little overlap. Calls are arranged for your early morning, and day-to-day work runs through tickets and written updates.

What international teams ask us first.
Does Missan have offices outside the UAE?
Missan is headquartered in Sharjah and supports organisations across the UAE on site. Across the wider GCC, delivery is remote-first from the UAE, with onsite phases planned in advance. We do not claim offices in other countries.
Can you work to our head-office IT standards?
Yes. We start from your group policies — identity, security baselines, device standards and change control — and apply them to the regional office, then document what was done and report on it monthly.
Can you work with our existing Microsoft 365 tenant?
Yes. We can support a regional office inside your group tenant, or set up and manage a separate tenant if that is what your structure requires. Missan is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and a Microsoft Solutions Partner for AI Business Solutions.
